Here is a link to the files that I use. The homepage and over at XDA will give you tips on how to get everything set up. I'm also on Sprint and have it running.

I have hero in the root of my SD card, But, It keeps rebooting on the start up hero/htc screen on boot up. Have any clue what I'm doing wrong? Someone must have run into this somewhere.
