please help!!

i bought a used htc touch vogue sprint. it was unlocked for boost mobile. it started freezing on me after a year of having it. i thought it was cause it needed to be updated. so i tried updating it from windows 6 to 6.1. during the update the phone shut down. now it has the tri color screen and it reads vogu100 mfg spl-2.01.1000 cpld-3. can someone please helps me??? what should i do??
