Re: please help!!
1) Download a custom rom if your phone is unlocked or download the official rom.
2) take the battery out then put back in then power up your phone
3) when you get the tri-color screen connect your phone to your pc
4) Run the ROM installer and follow the steps you see on your screen at that point
