Verizon - tethering. Am I busted?

I haven't tethered to my Vogue phone in a month or so and I was surprised this evening that I got the re-direct to the "Welcome to Verizon Mobile Broadband" page both with bluetooth and USB tethers.

I always kinda' doubted that I was really under the radar and only tethered occasionally but apparently nobody else is experiencing this?

Anyway, I'm paying the $15 per month now and I'm guilt free! ... until somebody figures out how to beat the system again.
