Best GPS Port?

I'm using Google maps, when using COM4, I can connect to up to 4 sattelites, but using COM1 I can connect up to 6 sattiltes, telling me some ports are better than other.

Which port can lock on to the most sattilites/the best port? Thanks in advance.
