How does everyone else find battery life with WM6.5?

I was going to flash to the latest nfsfan on my Vogue, but my friend advised me that unless I have an extended battery to not even bother. Apparently Windows Mobile 6.5 is harder on battery than 6.1. Does anyone else notice a difference in battery life, or even in performance for that matter running nfsfans 6.5?

Nfsfan,s roms are the only ones i ues. the battery life on 6.5 is no different IMO. you will be more then satisfied.

I second that. I can't really tell a difference between 6.5 and 6.1. Right now I'm running jtuite's Sprint rom.

I'm running Vin's rom and the battery life actually seems to have improved for me. Maybe it's also because I'm not active-syncing to a server behind a vpn...

I'm using NFS11 and my battery life has definitely improved since switching from a loaded 6.1 ROM...It's a lot faster as well
