Camera Recording Issues

Just wondering if anyone has had issues with recording videos on there vogues..when I take pictures they come out fine but recording it comes out choppy and the sound is out of sync. Not sure if its cause im using wm 6.5. Didn't remember seeing this problem when I had my 6800.
