Is there a way to confirm if a phone is refurbished by serial number?

Does anyone know hot to confirm if a phone (HTC Touch Vogue/Sprint) is refurbished or not. I think there was a way by typing one of the ## codes but I can't remember what it was. I was hoping that there is a way to tell by serial number. Thanks for your suggestions!

Thanks Codybear, I have another question, do you (or anyone else) know if flashing the phone to different ROMs will affect what the refurbished status is? I just checked mine, and though its not a refurbished phone, I have flashed several custom ROMs. I noticed that the life timer was reset to the last time I flashed. I guess what I am asking, will flashing the phone reset the refurbished status to "no" even if it was refurbished?

Are you sure about that? It has been almost a year since my last flash (the WM 6.1 official ROM, replacing an early leak of same). But my Life Timer shows only 54 Hrs, 27 Mins, 17 Sec. WTF?

I have 2hr,35min,28secs and I've had mine for like a month now.
I don't really talk much on the phone, I'd rather text haha.

Not really, I assumed it was the life timer of the phone since activation not talk timer. If its the latter than it makes more sense as two why my timer is so low. I'm going to flash again and see what changes.

Guilty as charged! But my Life Counter is up at 623. Could that be the number of times phone's been turned on? I do so pretty much once daily.

Your 2.6 hours is to my 54.4 hours approximately the same as your 1 month is to my 20 months.
