Pocket Outlook Problems

My wife is having a problem with her Pocket Outlook...

Mail was working fine...she does not sync mail with her computer, but does have two IMAP mail accounts that she downloads to her phone. All was fine until one day she showed that there were 13 new messages but no mail accounts showed up in Pocket Outlook.

I recreated the accounts, thinking that she must have deleted them by mistake. The next day..same issue...but this time there were 25 unread messages and both accounts were not showing up. I restored her mail and and mail store file from the previous day back up and the accounts re-appeared. They have not disappeared since the restore, however it still shows 13 unread messages even with no new mail in the accounts...

Any ideas...is there some directory or file I can delete and then simple recreate the accounts?

i just had the same thing happen and the only thing i found to fix was hard reset. seems to be fine now.
