HELP!! Is my HTC TOUCH phone over?

Very weird. There is no signal from noon and then, it shows "No Service". I tried to restart it several times, but it is extremely slow and it always shows "No Service"
When I use other phone call my number, it does not ring, but the screen is on and I can hear the ring in other phone.
What is the problem? Should I call Sprint? It is more than one year old, and I don't know what Sprint will answer me. I wanna get some suggestion here first. Thank you all.

If you have the insurance then yes call or take it in for service or exchange.

That is what i thought too,Hope they will exchange it for a new one. I think it is just a hardware falt it just finally died after long use like the D**N Xbox that takes a month to be repaired. Good Luck

yep is better to replace it, go to the nearest sprint store to see if they can change it to a diamond...

Try to reflash with another ROM. Perhaps a newer version of what you are using, or just the last version. If you are a default rom kind of person, just flash whatever the carrier you have has available.

I've had this happen once to me. Slow phone, not able to get into some programs and "No Service". Reflashed and we are good now. Not sure why this occurred.

thanks, and I got a new ROM worked.
I still have a question about thr ROM verson. After I flashed it, the radio is still 3.37.XX, how I could get a newer radio?

you'd have to flash a rom like the bell rom with the 3.42.50 radio. Upgrading your radio is not needed tho as long as you have a gps rom (which you do) it's not going to make much if any difference.
