what did i do?

i have a cdma sprint touch, i ran the unlocker and then flashed a nfsfan's v11 rom, after flashing the phone keeps resetting itself after a few minutes, i enteredt the bootloader and tryed to reflash the stock sprint rom but gets stuck at 29 percent and when i turn the phone back on i get the tri colored screen, is this thing shot?
