How To Make Sd Card A Disk Drive?

i really have searched for "usb to pc connection settings" "sd card as disk drive" and i cant find what im looking for...

on my vogue when i plug it up to my computer via usb i want my sd card to be like a usb drive. kinda like when i plug up my TP it gives me that option.

does anyone know how to get this without using a cooked rom? thank you
