vista sp2 and htc touch sync bluetooth..

every since sp 2 install, i cannot sync via bluetooth unless i goto device mang. and disable/enable my bluetooth radio on my computer...
what a joke... i read other people having the same issue.. does anyone know a fix for this? it was working just fine in sp 1 (usually they fix things, not break them... ive had more issues with sp2 than any other upgrade)
