metro pcs slow internet?

I am useing NFSFAN's 6.5 21728 V11 and metropcs,I unlocked the internet but it is verry slow!It wont let me go to craigslist detroit says I dont have permision and forbidden ,also windows live wont work because my account is @msn.com and when I change it it reverts back to @hotmail.com also is boost bobile any better?and is there a simular phone I can use to the vogue?any help would be greatly apreciated.
