A vogue rom with no phone

This may sound crazy but i'm looking for a rom that will not acknowledge the phone radio at all for the purpose of converting it to an mp3/video player for my sister being that i no longer need it as a phone due to upgrading. any help is appreciated.

if you don't have it recognize a radio, it will not turn on.
Just have the phone turned off in comm manager.
Also, it shouldn't work since you upgraded and activated a new phone...

actually being that it's still programmed with the information it can still make calls my sister is special needs so i need to make it as basic as possible can this be achieved using a kitchen? I was under the assumption that you had have carrier files in order to complete the rom

you can still make phone calls, but without the dcd, you can't use data. The best thing to do is just turn off the radio in the connections manager. Leaving it in airplane mode, i don't see her using it unless she knows how to change it back.

ok that should take care of that what program should i download to change the phone keys on the device itself and can anyone recommend a good mp3/video program that is extremely to use thanks again for the help
