GPS doesnot lock now after authenticating Phone with VZW while it was working flawles

Hi All,

I am starting this thread for others too, though I had already sent PMs to duradil and codybear and while I am waiting for their response I thought of raising a new thread to share it with other.

So here is what I did -

After trying almost everything else I tried the steps as on PPCHAVEN,

as you suggested, In step 5 I flashed with nfsfan's 6.5 v10. After that everything was working flawlessly, got the fix on GPS viewer in 2-3 mins, after that instant locks on tomtom and Garmin XT. had tried several times rebooting to double check and everytime it worked, until I got the phone authenticated by calling #8899, which I had to since after flashing I was not able to make calls. After the authentication I never get a fix on gps viewer, it does see multiple sats flashing but never gets a fix same with tomtom and garmin.

I tried disabling aGPS afterwards which changed the reg for aGPS to 0 so now they are

still no luck, sats doesnot lock anymore in any program.

Do you have any suggestions, I am having a hard time to get everything working and now loosing my temper.... ;...

Plzz throw in some knowledge, i feel bad to sound like a noobie....

(PS : I want GPS and not aGPS since I have put a data block)
