Unicode fonts

I listen to alot of Asian songs on my vogue and even tho I've memorized most of the names of my songs and the jibber jabber text they appear to be in, i still feel that i need to install a 3rd party program that allows me to view Asian text.

So i went ahead and installed CEstar a program that lets me view Asian words.

However, some of the words still shows up as scrambled up symbols like before, so im guessing that some fonts used in winmo 6.5 aren't unicode-able fonts, is there a way i can change the fonts in the system itself to a font that are unicode based?
