Viewing Photos - What Do You Use?

I've been using SplashPhoto because I like to catagorize photos by family, personal, business, and other catagories.

Also I like it because of the nice desktop program that comes with it to sync with the Touch.

I'm curious what other folks use if anything and is there any other program(s) out there that offer the drag and drop, catagory, and syncing capability of SplashPhoto?
