I need my phone back help

I have messed my phone up. I have tryed to put a custom rom on my phone and now It won't boot up past the verizon opening screen. I have a verizon 6900. I am very new at this and trying to learn how to customize my phone but I am def. a NOOB is someone could be nice enough to call me on my phone and walk me through getting my phone atleast working that would be great. I know theirs hundreds of post saying do this and do that but this is where Ive got using them. Please send me a message and I will give you my number or I could call you if its long distance. Thanks
