I need my phone back help

I have messed my phone up. I have tryed to put a custom rom on my phone and now It won't boot up past the verizon opening screen. I have a verizon 6900. I am very new at this and trying to learn how to customize my phone but I am def. a NOOB is someone could be nice enough to call me on my phone and walk me through getting my phone atleast working that would be great. I know theirs hundreds of post saying do this and do that but this is where Ive got using them. Please send me a message and I will give you my number or I could call you if its long distance. what have you done so far? did you unlock using the correct unlocker? did you already flash the new rom?

I have unlocked using the iceman .41 their were two in the file one was for gps and the other for no gps. I installed the only one that worked at that was the .41

After that I winrar the new rom and ran it in the botloader screen off of my pc. After that my pda reset and is stuck.

I am pretty sure that .41 is not fully unlocked for the xv6900 which is what i have you need to use IMCOKEMANS 2.31

If you go to that page it is listed at the top. I think the problem is that your phone is not fully unlocked. I would read through that page with the unlocker and use the 2.31 instead of .41 which is for nongps....xv6900 is gps so you need 2.31 so try downloading 2.31 and unlocking again

I can not seem to load that version on my phone i cant tell you the error it gives me right now but tomorrow I can tell you exactly what it says. Thanks for helping.

yeah .41 will not work but im willing to help ya out pm with what you did ALL the steps and ill be happy to walk you through whatever it is. but first try putting ur phone in bootloader mode (hold power, camera and and hit the soft rest. easiest way to do this hold ur phone in left hand) then try running the cokemans unlocker make sure its at least 2.31. if it work flash a fresh custom rom on that puppy. and you should be good to go!! i would go with nfsfan's 6.5 rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...32487&page=238
