Re: Contact Transfer HELP!!!
If you still had service on your old phone I'd suggest Microsoft MyPhone to sync your contacts to an online server, then when you activate your new phone, you just sync the contacts from online to the new phone.
You can also try to transfer the contacts via Bluetooth from one device to the other. lol, second edit: I found a step-by-step to do exactly what you want to do here. Last edited by acontrasto; 04-21-2009 at 12:47 AM. |

Re: Contact Transfer HELP!!!
or even easier.. just download PIM backup.. transfer the pim-file to your computer via activesync- then transfer onto the new phone via activesync.
works great. also backs call logs, sms, + some other shtuff that you'd probably wanna transfer,. |

Re: Contact Transfer HELP!!!
ppcpimbackup, save to sd card not device, but u dont need to use a 'puter. download file i posted, unzip file to sd card, tap ppcpimbackup folder, tap on ppcpimbackup, select or de-select what u want to backup, then complete process(its really easy) after the backup completes, a ppcpim file will be on the root of ur sd card. to restore, just go to unzipped ppcpimbackup folder, tap on ppcpimbackup. choose to restore...then the steps are pretty easy from there, also....
