Re: QCP ringtones???
heh, i was having a similar problem about a week ago, i don't know how to tell you this, i didn't fix it. lol.. try going to the website on your computer and manually changing your phone there, and if that doesn't work, go to the REAL myxer site on your phone instead of the mobile[it auto re-directs you to it when you type it in your browser, even if you type myxer.com] and go to personal settings or options;; whatever it is- you should be able to figure that out.
---if not however, i got this mp3 trimmer that's for your computer, you open the song in the trimmer, select where you want it to start and end.. pretty basic/easy. only problem is you have to do it by entering times, but if you have windows media player than you'll be fine, when you click how much time has elapsed on the song, it goes to time remaining, makes editing your tones real easy.. another bonus of mp3 trimmer is that you can do small clips for custom message tones, and it has a fade in/out option.. just google it, as i don't have a link and i'm not uploading something that's already on the internet and getting infringment[sp?] lol. hope i helped you! and if you're shopping for roms, mine will be up today :] [infaROM v0.02] Last edited by infamousj012; 04-19-2009 at 06:22 AM. Reason: elapsed for pa-ssed lol |

Re: QCP ringtones???
I personally load the mp3 onto my phone, its usually one that I like to listen to anyways since my phone goes off too much, and I use the mp3 trimmer that came on the rom.
I believe it's even in the stock roms also. I'm glad nfsfan included it in his rom. |

Re: QCP ringtones???
[off topic] -- speaking of that, how do you work it? i couldn't get the trimmer to work on my phone so i just took it back out of my rom.. if it does work that's gonna piss me off.. but at least it's prerelease i guess it would only take ten minutes to fix.. half of which is the prog loading on this s*it laptop.
