Screen Bubbles

I apo in advance if this has already been addressed but I didn't se it so...

My vogue has a screen protector on it. I noticed, one day as I was using my phone, that the scroll bar on the side wasn't working due to the bubble I saw. Being quite good at applying screen protectors I removed the one I had to investigate. In horror, I realized that the bubbles in my screen were not due to my screen protector, but further down.

So

This phone was a gift from my leet brother who upgraded to Touch Pro. He gave me his old phone (which I loved, mods and all, even the extended life battery and accessories). I'm scared to see if the screen has another screen protector on it or if thats the standard screen with bubbles in it. I'm still not sure because I can still see the screen beneath the bubbles.
