QCP ringtones???

I go on myxer.com to download all my ringtones.. The phones I have had before work great when it downloads it saves it as a mp3.. With the Touch when I download a song its qcp and is all distorted and sounds like ****..

HOW CAN I GET THIS TO WORK AND SOUND LIKE A MP3???
