HTC USBToPC Fullscreen Popup for Vogue?

I could swear that I tested a ROM the other day which had this, but I can't find a workable version (.CAB or OEM) anywhere. In case I wasn't clear, I'm not talking about the nueUSB2PC version, but one which fills the screen and has larger buttons (unless what I saw was a skin for no2chem's version).

Can someone point me to it?

You can try this it worked for me on previous builds of wm6.5 but it doesn't seem to work with 21198.
