any way to change the taskbar speaker icon?
id like to change my htc touches default speaker icon to that of the diamonds. is there a way to do this?

I haven't personally modified anything other than installing .cab's of various taskbar sets. You might want to check with Gadgetfreak in that thread b/c he's done a lot and he uses a Touch.

you need to install opal volume control first,then you can change htcvolumecontrol.dll with your fave speaker icon,or make your own...Cab attached in post #56.Thats how I did it,may be there is a better way..

If you using official 6.1 ROM,the easiest way to have battery icon with %on top is to install "quick menu" application.
