New guy with a dumb question

I haven't tried Torx or any Wisbar. I have tried Throttle Launcher, Winterface - both are nice - though I am still running the wm basic below 6.1. IFonz also came out with a new theme - thats looks pretty good.
Below are some basic tweaks that you can do until decide. - I'm VZW, not sure how Alltel works. Hope this helps
