Metro won't do it but you can flash it yourself or have someone do it for you. There are many here that have done it though and plenty of tutorials here to tell you how. As long As its flashed to metro when you go in they'll take it. They'll port your number too.

Just checked today on the phone claim site and they indeed have my fiancee touch to be replaced with a Touch diamond. But I got a message in the end of the process that I need to call for verification. Fiancee hates getting on the phone at all with customer service. I guess who does?
