Alltel Touch can't get internet to work

I tried searching didn't get anything, a sprint radio was loaded on it and accidently let the customization run on it. I believe that is what caused the mix up. (maybe i need to put sprint information in the network settings?) If you try to do *228 it doesn't work and ##000000 says not a working number.
