GPS No Longer fixing

Hello all,

I recently changed my phone number, and to do so I reverted to the Bell 3.09 stock rom so that they could program the new number. The problem is now I can no longer get a GPS fix!

I tried hard resetting a couple of times and running ppst by itself - no go. Is there any setting I can check (other than location being on)? It seems to me like the assisted GPS is not functional. Is it possible that Bell took out the GPS functionality? The file was:
