Screen lock during calls

Anyone have or know of a program or hack that would lock a screen during a call so i'm not accidentally pushing buttons if i were to hold the phone to close to my ear?

You can always press the Power button before putting the phone next to your face.

Also not to be simple but it is a touch sensetive phone hold it off your face...
