how to change splashscreen?
I got a custom rom and i hate the animated splash screen. I remember way back in the mogul there was way to change this. Anyone have one they are willing to share and how to change it? I know if i reflash i will lose it but i still rather a different one then the one i currently have.

Look in the Windows folder for SPCS_startup.gif Replace it with your choice of splash.
What are you looking for? I have a few.

If you want to remove a splash can you just delete that file? Or do you have to edit the registry as well? I have a splash as well as a subsplash and right now I'm annoyed that I can't remove one
