It's called a hard reset. push the green phone button + the red phone button + reset button and hold until the screen asks if you want to reset to factory settings. Remember to backup everything first.

u asked to reboot your phone. that is a soft reset. take the stylus and punch it in the hole at the bottom to soft reset.
the hard reset with give you a "reboot to fresh" which means you wipe out everything back to stock. your sd card will not be affected. use a backup program like pimbackup to backup contacts etc... to your sd card then reinstall from pim. just wanted to be sure you understood what you will be doing with a hard reset.
