Looking for a particular ROM

Ok guys, What i am looking for is relatively simple.

I really like diamond dette's 2.4 beta 1 rom.
However, it has a few flaws that simply cannot be overlooked anymore. Any program that I install that has to connect to a server via the internet, does not work, will not work, and i cant seem to find any solution.

I have tried other roms and these programs work great. It just seems that none of them will work with his rom, skyfire, livegps, any of these... could someone please point me to a rom that has the following features and not alot of additional bloat.

I want a black Manilla 2d rom.
With the feature that closes half the window during a call to keep you from accidently hitting hang up or speaker or those buttons. (can someone tell me what thats called lol)
Other than that I believe I can install any other features I am looking for.

Can someone point me to a rom that fits these kinds of specs?

I'd reccomend using the PPCKitchen to cook a ROM of your own. It will take a couple of attempts to get a good ROM to your liking but that's your best bet. As for the dialer, just find out what dialer Dette uses and use that or ask him for the OEM.

Exactly what i was looking for. Stable, not loaded down and has the features i wanted out of it. Thank you so much.

+1 for anything NFSFAN creates. I am running Sprint 1.08 right now, but he is about to release 1.09 with Footprints. There is a beta for it already, but I found it unstable. Go with NFSFAN. He always comes through and he is the only ROM chef that has been mentioned on engadget for his innovation.
