help reading ms works files

was wondering if .xlr files could be read on the vogue. i know naturally it won't open but is there something i can download to be able to read it? thanks

yes i do. excel, powerpoint, and word.

What i do is open the xlr file and resave as xls then open with excel mobile

ok and how do i do that? just tried the saving then resaving thing but i cant change the format from xlr to xls

This has to be done from de PC, open MS Works Spreadsheet, open the xlr file,click on save as, "save as type", then choose xls format and thats it, you good to go.

ah ha i see. well is there anyway we can view it on our phones without the aid of a pc?
