sprint updated my rom..now soft keys don't work

I took the phone in for some other issues. They are going to replace it, but in the meantime, they put the latest rom on which enables rev-a and gps.
I got home tonight and realized that the soft keys don't work anymore. Is there anything I can do myself to get them working? It'll be a week before I can get the new phone.
