Schap's Advanced Configuration Tool

Hey guys

I have a serious problem with my data connection. my GPRS connects automatically at different times throughout the day. Its driving me crazy as it makes my phone bill really high!

I installed Schap's Advanced Configuration Tool 2.1 ( no other versions will work..I tried 3.3, 3.2, 3.1). I disabled 'GPRS auto attach' last night but I notice this morning that it connected automatically again.

Is there something I could do to correct this....Really need a solution

Thanks.

Re: Schap's Advanced Configuration Tool

Get a data plan...LOL!!! seriously there is probably a reg edit to disable the data all together, but if you have a smartphone/pda this will be like handy capping your phone.

Re: Schap's Advanced Configuration Tool

I dont want to permanently dissable my data..I just dont want my phone to access the network when i'm not online checking mail or something. It just connects by itself even when i'm not using programs that require gprs. Other users have this problem & they are able to turn off gprs untill they need it. Thats all I want to do.
