How do I extract the PRL from my phone PLZ HLP

This one should be pretty simple but how do i extract the current PRL from my phone. My working roaming PRL is on my old phone and i cant get my new one to program OTA, and my roaming wont work. Rather than searching for a cricket PRL in CIncinnati with roaming, i would rather just pull the one i know worked fine... can someone please tell me how to do this?

well, if PRL version is all you're looking for. it depends on the phone u have. if u have a HTC, should be start/settings/system/device information.
If palm, start/settings/system/about/phone tab/scroll down to PRL ID

Have a look over at this thread. It was for the Titan, but it might be the same process. Not sure. You will need to dial ##3424 <SEND> to put your phone in DIAG mode I believe. Also the way to update would be to dial ##PRL <SEND> and that will get you to the PRL update screen. I'm not sure that the drivers they point at are the same or not. Post back and let us know.
