can't copy file 20748 core kitchen

Ok, i download the new kitchen, then hit the updater, about 40 % through updating i get this error message, can't copy file 20748 core kitchen and it rolls back to previous installation and stops downloading. I Have tried this on a couple different computers, one with xp 64, vista 64, and even xp 32, and i always get the same thing, cold someone please help? or just provide me with a setup for the most recent kitchen that will not need updated because its the most up to date, the updater absolutely will not work for me. thanks

Get net framework 3.5 sp1 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en

Thanks, but there is no way I am the only one having this issue... i really want to learn to build roms but the kitchen wont allow me to because it wont work... whats the issue here. I have cf 3.5
