GPS there...now gone. Shadow please help

Problem 1)
I had my Alltel Touch GPS running smoothly after the WM 6.1 update and doing shadows AGPS fast lock fix. After a month or so I had a crash and did a hard reset, then restored my touch with sprite backup software. When I tried to use GPS it didn't work. I then remembered the settings that had to be made through QPST and when I checked they had not been restored. I went through all the steps again of Shadows fix and double checked my registry values to make sure they were correct, but still no GPS.

I should clarify it is the fastlock that no longer works. I haven't left it outside in one spot long enough to see if it eventually locks, but it google maps and windows live both appear to be connecting to the reciever without a problem and try to acquire a postion.
