Windows media player sync problems

ok heres the issue, windows media player used o see an sync with my phone so i could transfer music. now i cant get windows media player to see the phone at all. im running nfsfans 1.26 bell rom but that should have nothing to do with it. it did it once before on stock but i rebooted the phone and it worked but its not this time.

go to settings>connections>usb to pc and if the box is checked,uncheck it.
