Tethering and home network question

Ok so i am using NFSFAN's rom and finally got tethering working last night but i'm having a little issue. In order to get my computer to use the phone's connection i have to disable my regular lan connection. Now let me explain my home network so you have all the info.

I only have dialup available where i am and i have several pc's in the house, so i set up a specific network to be able to share/access the dialup from all PC's through my linksys router. Basically i made the router 192.168.0.2 and used ICS on my PC with the lan connection, so the PC becomes 192.168.0.1 and all my other PC's then just gain access through my home network through my router.

Now what i am trying to accomplish is to get my existing setup to use my phone's connection when its hooked up but still use the dialup when its not. I'm trying to find out if its just as simple as making another home network on my computers and having it work. The one thing i want the most is to get my xbox 360 which is on my network to use it.

I have the touch vogue tethering through my pc routed to my Wrouter and my xbox360 and ps3 connect perfectly fine, but im using stock rom lol.

problem i'm having is if i leave my lan conneted to my router then nothing finds he phone connection it all looks atthe lan connection
