Htc Touch Cdma

THIS IS MY FIRST POST - SO NOT SURE WHERE TO START.

I have this phone (HTC Touch CDMA) ROM 1.19.666.1 ROM Date: 3/19/08
Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional.

I have VERY VERY little call volume from the speaker - same with Bluetooth. Yet phone sounds thru speaker are loud (buttom clicks, etc. etc)

I have read lots - but most likely not enough - and not sure what to try next - ROM upgrade, WM upgrade, AudioPara (tried - but can't get to work).

.... I'm looking for help for an extreme noobie in the phone area...
