Why is my reception bad

I use to to get great reception on my sprint touch (all bars) now I am getting bad reception in the same places, is there a setting I need to change?

Haven't change setting, did add some apps

Unless you have apps blocking your signal (not really) then there is not much you can do short of upgrading your ROM/Radio...You could try buying a Sprint Airwave, have you had the device long?

About a month. Mostly a problem at home on roam. Will look into the airwave, but hate to give sprint another penny. Also is there a way to use the data on roaming? Air through my home wifi?
