Connect to Internet from a Titan WiFi

I am not sure how to explan this.

Let's say that I am connected to a WiFi spot in my Titan and I also have my Vogue which doesn't have Internet connection. Can I pair them using bluetooth and use the WiFi connection from the Titan in the Vogue?

Hope I make sense.
