Cool, that seems to have solved the worst of my problems
Is there any way to effectively kill the touchscreen dead while the phone is ringing for an incoming call? Maybe a registry hack to tell WM6.1 itself, "suppress display the onscreen softkeys for "answer" and "ignore" during incoming calls", but go ahead, activate the digitizer, and display the "call status" screen IF (and ONLY IF) the call is answered by pressing the green hardkey?
Likewise, I remember that there was a program I installed on my 6700 aeons ago that made the red hardkey's behavior more sensible (to me). Basically, pressing it when a call was not in progress would always return you to the 'today' screen. Unfortunately, I forgot what it was called, and I've never been able to find it since buying my Touch last year.
