sound on plug in?

i did a search but came up with nothing (maybe because i don't know what to search for)
anyhoo, is there any way that i can make my touch make a sound when i plug it into the wall? my treo did it back in the day and i kind of miss it.

There might be something in the registry. It will be this evening before I have time to really mess with it though. I'll take a look and post what I find.

Well, I'm sorry but I completely forgot about this last night, but since Musicman is on it, you'll definitely get what you're looking for. His stuff is nice and works well.

Alright, here it is. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but it's finished now.

Instructions that are on the first screen:

To change sounds that are played, put a new .wav file in the folder \Program Files\SoundPlug\Sounds and then name it either plugin.wav or unplug.wav

Install the CAB and then run the Program. After you click "Continue" it will dissappear. The only way to turn it off is a soft reset. Sounds can be changed whenever. I might revisit this to make it easier to change sounds, but for now this is all I can do.

is there any way to make it start up with the phone without a continue/exit dialog?

Yeah, I'll make some revisions later. Also, just to divulge all, WM pauses all programs while in sleep mode, so this doesn't work if your phone is off. I haven't found a way around it, and I doubt I will. Sorry.
