Can You Move The START MENU??

I was wondering if anyone new how to move the start menu from the top of the screen to the bottom. just looking for something different thats all...

im running v1.6 M2D Diamond ROM with SYS 20273 if you need to know.

thanks...ive played around with that program with the Iphone theme...i never even thought about using that...thanks a bunch!

Works decent, few bugs still but overall not bad
