Please help with mtty.exe!!!!!!!!!

well i cant seem to get the mtty.exe to run properly. I boot the ppc and open the mtty.exe. When i run the first command rtask a it boots and then says sucess. But then when i try to run any other commands my cpu keyboard wont work. Its like as soon as first boot works, it closes my usb keyboard port. I think there may be a driver needed i,m missing. I downloaded htc diagnostic port driver from forum but cant figure out where or how to install on my cpu. Plz any help out there. I,m sure there is an easy fix so i can superCid my ppc.
