Bakersfield, USA - Only Weather City?

I don't know what happened but I just selected the Weather tab and my only selection is Bakersfield, USA.

How do I get the list of cities back? I never changed from my home city: Providence, RI.

This happen to anyone else?

Is there a fix out there?

This .cab should restore Providence, RI but I'm not sure it is the whole answer.
